We begin by exploring how you got here, discussing your joys, your sorrows, your fears, and aspirations. Gradually, we move into more deeply-rooted issues — the ones that are limiting your ability to express more of who you really are — the ones that are keeping you from experiencing more happiness in your life.
Eva creates a safe and caring relationship that honors your unique nature. Through regular therapy sessions, your relationship and mutual trust become the foundation for insightful explorations and significant growth. Depending on your specific needs, she uses a variety of approaches in the therapeutic process. She may also discuss strategies for overcoming anxiety or depression, or perhaps some practice in developing boundaries — maybe even some shamanic healing approaches to gain strength and confidence, or exercises in mindfulness to develop greater awareness.
